	Mount Pumori Expedition (7169m) AUTUMN DEPARTURE: 10th October - 15th November 2010

This stunning peak lies in the Upper Khumbu region and is situated among some of the world's best-known mountains and most spectacular scenery. Pumori is a fantastic mountaineering objective; the peak straddles the Nepalese-Tibetan border. We'll climb following the southeast buttress in its lower reaches before traversing open snow-slopes to get to a Col to the East Ridge. All that remains will be to climb steep slopes of the summit above. The route is mixed and varied and the climb is not of high technical difficulty. We'll establish at least three camps above the base camp, fixing the rope when necessary. The trip is best suited for strong, experienced climbers who want to gain experience for climbing higher peaks in the future.

Passing through Namche Bazaar (gateway to Mt. Everest), explore 200 years old Tyangboche monastery, Pangboche monastery, and panoramic views of the dozens of great Himalayan peaks.

10th October 2010 Days 01 : Meeting upon arrival at Kathmandu international airport, transfer to Hotel.

11th - 13th October 2010 Days 02 - 04 : Stay in Kathmandu for the official procedure, Overnight at Hotel.

14th October 2010 Days 05 : Fly to Lukla and start trek to Phakding, Overnight at Lodge.

15th October 2010 Days 06 : Trek to Namche Bazaar, Overnight at Lodge.

16th October 2010 Days 07 : Rest at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization, Overnight at Lodge.

17th October 2010 Days 08 : Trek to Pangboche, Overnight at Lodge.

18th October 2010 Days 09 : Trek to Dingboche, Overnight at Lodge.

19th October 2010 Days 10 : Trek to Lobuche, Overnight at Lodge.

20th October 2010 Days 11 : Trek to Pumori Base Camp, Overnight at Tented camp.

21st October - 9th November 2010 Days 12 - 31 : Climbing period.

10th November 2010 Days 32 : Trek to Pangboche, Overnight at Lodge.
