Nepal is a blend of nature and
human-efforts. It boasts around 18 % of its land as
protected area-either known as national park or
wildlife reserves or conservation area. Eight
national parks, three conservation areas, four
wildlife reserves and a hunting reserve – just
within the area of 147181 sq. km of the kingdom. The
lowlands with sub-tropical jungles to arctic
conditions in the Himalayan highlands engulf
